  • GlowLab Social™ events are designed for adults who are excited to enjoy a guided, hands-on skincare experience in a fun, elevated group setting. Participants should feel comfortable self-applying cosmetic skincare products and reviewing ingredient information prior to use.

  • GlowLab Social™ events are designed for adults. The minimum age for each event will be listed on the event page. Unless otherwise noted, events are 21+.

  • Glowlab Social™ is designed as a guided DIY facial experience. Guests are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining suitability. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, using prescription skincare, or have recently received cosmetic treatments, we recommend consulting your physician prior to attending.

  • We curate a variety of skincare brands for each event. Full ingredient lists are available for review prior to application.

    Because every individual’s skin, medical history, and sensitivities are unique, guests are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining whether a product is appropriate for them. All products are self-applied, and participation in each step is completely voluntary.

  • GlowLab Social™ products are cosmetic products and are not specifically tested on pregnant or breastfeeding individuals,

  • If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we strongly encourage you to carefully review ingredient lists before applying any product. You may skip any step or apply products to a small area ( such as your arm) instead of your face. Guests are responsible for determining what is appropriate for their skin,

  • If you use prescription topical products, oral medications affecting the skin, or have taken isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past six months, we recommend consulting your physician prior to attending. Certain medications can increase skin sensitivity.

  • Absolutely, each attendee MUST have their own purchased ticket and complete the required waiver. Due to venue capacity and the interactive nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate additional non-ticketed guests.

  • Not at all, This is a guided experience designed for beginners and skincare lovers alike. We walk you through each step in a relaxed and supportive setting.

  • GlowLab Social™ events are educational and experiential. Individual results vary based on skin type, product compatibility, and personal skincare routines. We do not guarantee specific results.

  • We provide a designated photo moment during the event for guests to capture content. To respect everyone’s comfort and privacy, recording during the guided facial portion may be limited.

  • Wear something comfortable and photo-ready. We recommend avoiding delicate fabrics around the neckline. All facial supplies are provided. Just bring yourself and a great attitude.

  • Yes. All attendees are required to review and agree to our Event Participation Agreement and Liability Wavier prior to completing registration.

  • If you experience discomfort, redness, or irritation, you should discontinue product use immediately. Because all products are self-applied and ingredient lists are provided in advance, guests are responsible for determining suitability. We recommend consulting a physician if you experience ongoing concerns.

  • To ensure consistency and timing within the group experience, we ask that guests use the curated products provided during the event.

  • Recent cosmetic procedures may increase skin sensitivity. If you have received Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels, or other advanced procedures, we recommend consulting your provider before attending,

  • We recommend arriving with minimal or no makeup to fully enjoy the experience. However, we will guide you through cleansing as part of the event.

  • We recommend keeping your skincare routine simple for the rest of the day. Avoid introducing new active ingredients or exfoliating products.

    Because skin may be more receptive after a facial, we recommend applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day and limiting direct sun exposure.

    Listen to your skin and resume your normal routine gradually.
